THE ROLE: Manage a well-maintained portfolio of 180. Handle routine inspections, lease renewals, maintenance, and general management. Build strong relationships with both landlords and tenants. Collaborate with a friendly and experienced team who support one another. Receive one-on-one support and training if you’re stepping up from an Assistant role. THE CANDIDATE: Experience as a Property Manager OR as an Assistant ready to take the next step is a must .
